Return & Refund Policy

At Large Breed Lifestyles, we want you and your big pups to be thrilled with every product! But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

 

Our 14-Day Return Policy

Changed your mind or your gentle giant wasn’t impressed? No worries! You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when it arrived, with all original tags, and in its original packaging — we know how eager your pup is to play, but we need things returned intact!  You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply reach out to us at support@largebreedlifestyles@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and let you know where to send your package. Please don’t ship anything back without contacting us first — our warehouse pups aren’t set up to handle surprise deliveries!

Damages and Issues

We know accidents happen, and sometimes your order might arrive looking a little rough around the edges. If your item shows up damaged, defective, or if we made an oops and sent the wrong item, contact us right away! We’ll jump in to make things right — no doggone hassle.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items just don’t make the cut for returns. For example, we don’t accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or anything that’s been customized or personalized for your pup (since that was made especially for them!).  If you’re not sure about whether an item can be returned, just get in touch and we’ll help you sort it out.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (and made sure it wasn’t chewed up on the way back), we’ll send you a notification to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might take a little extra time to post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, and you still haven’t seen it hit your account, send an email to support@largebreedlifestyles@gmail.com and we’ll get it sorted.
